Chinese cooking class

We had a cooking class this evening. Chicken, beef, dumplings, mapu tofu.   Michi in the wok zone

 Bitter Melon, Zucchini and red peppers stuffed with a shredded beef and shrimp mix. Sauce with ginger, chilies, fermented bean paste, sesame oil, white vinegar.
